Publish what you already teach, free or paid, and patients find you through it. Your directory listing costs nothing; scheduling, notes, billing and a patient portal are one flat price from $35 a month, with no per patient fees.
Vantage Health was built by a licensed psychologist to run his own neurofeedback and therapy practice: fewer tabs, fewer dropped balls, and patients who could see their own progress. Every feature on this page is in daily use with real patients before it ships to you.
Most practice software charges separately for scheduling, notes, billing and a listing. Here it is one subscription and one login. These are the real provider and patient portals; the people and numbers shown are made up.

Your public profile on vantagehealth.co costs nothing and stays up with or without a plan. We check your license by hand before it goes live.

Appointment types, rooms and clinics, recurring sessions, and a booking page patients use inside your hours. Booking takes a few clicks and the calendar keeps you and your staff organized without a second system.

Record on your phone with consent, or upload a transcript. SOAP, DAP or BIRP notes are drafted from the transcript using AI, ready for you to edit and sign. Nothing is ever signed for you.

Send the intake packet and standard measures from the forms library. They are scored the moment the patient finishes and charted over time so both of you can see the change. The intake questionnaire drafts the intake record and treatment recommendations using AI, for you to review and sign.

Upload the forms you already use. Names, dates, contacts and signature lines are found automatically; patients fill and sign on their phone and you keep the completed copy.

An attended session becomes an invoice, the card on file is charged, and the superbill is ready for the patient to download. Money goes straight to your own Stripe account; Vantage Health never holds it.

Goals with objectives, interventions and target dates, rated each session, drafted for you from the signed intake report. One timeline per patient holds every note, measure, document and payment.

Upload a qEEG PDF and the brain maps are cut out and placed into the report sections for you; finish the narrative and export to Word. In the patient folder a before and after slider shows the change, and the protocol log is a spreadsheet you can import and click to edit.

Articles, videos, audio, exercises and questionnaires, grouped into courses with a schedule. Write it once and decide, item by item, who gets it: private to the patients you assign it to, public and free to bring people to your profile, or public and paid.

It installs on their phone like an app. Appointments, forms, documents to sign, session summaries, shared brain maps, the wellness material you assign, and a place to jot down what they want to bring to the next session.
You explain the same things every week: sleep hygiene, grounding, what a panic attack is, how homework goes better. Write it once, publish it from your library, and it works for you from then on: patients find it on vantagehealth.co, work through it on their phone, and every piece carries your name and a link to your profile. Your own material becomes your referral source.

The public catalog and the patient portal, as they run today. The therapists and patients shown are made up.

Every course and activity gets its own public page with your name, your credentials and a link to your profile. Someone searching for help with sleep finds your sleep course first, works through it, and knows exactly who to call when they want more.

Assign a course or an activity to a patient and it lands on their phone. They read it, watch it or fill it in on their own time, and the completion shows on their timeline in your chart. Next session starts with something to talk about.

Articles, videos, audio, exercises and questionnaires live in your library. Group them into a course with a schedule and decide, item by item, who gets it: private to the patients you assign it to, free on the public catalog, or paid at the price you set.

Paid courses and activities are sold through your own Stripe account, the same one that takes your patient payments, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Vantage Health takes a 3% platform fee at settlement, nothing else. A $49 sleep course that sells twice a week covers the subscription several times over.
One piece of writing does five jobs at once. None of them cost you another hour.
The only difference is how much AI transcription is bundled. Your directory listing is free on every plan, and with no plan at all. 14 day free trial on any plan, with 3 hours of AI notes on us.
For occasional recording. Pay for AI notes only when you use them.
Twenty hours of AI notes a month, about 24 sessions. Pays for itself past 16 hours.
Sixty hours a month for clinicians who record most sessions.
A card is required to start the trial and is not charged until day 15. Practice covers roughly 24 fifty minute sessions a month and pays for itself past 16 hours. Unused hours do not roll over. Card payments from patients carry Stripe's standard processing fee, paid out to your own account. Public catalog sales carry a 3% Vantage Health platform fee, which maintains the catalog and the service, plus Stripe's processing fee. Patient payments carry no platform fee. Switch plans any time; the difference is prorated.
For the way a session actually goes, and for the records you are responsible for afterwards.
Signed notes are locked. Changes after signing become addenda. Every view of a chart is logged with who, when and from where.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest in a private network. Recordings are stored only as long as you tell us to, then removed.
Record and review on your phone between sessions. The patient side installs as an app, so forms and payments get done.
Yes. Create an account, fill in your profile and upload your license; once we have checked it, your profile is public and patients can contact you, with nothing to pay. The $35 plan is only for the practice tools: scheduling, notes, forms, billing and the patient portal.
No. Plenty of clinicians start with the listing and scheduling and add notes or billing later. Nothing is switched on for a patient until you use it with them.
You record the session on your phone after the patient consents. The audio is transcribed, the two speakers are labeled, and a draft note is written in the template you choose. You read it, change what you want, and sign. The draft never becomes part of the record until you sign it, and you can delete the audio at any point.
Transcription is the one thing that costs us real money per session, so it is priced by use instead of raising the flat fee for everyone. Starter pays $2.50 for each hour actually recorded, by the minute. Practice bundles 20 hours a month and Full Time bundles 60, with cheaper overage rates past that. Your Billing page shows hours used against your bundle, and every trial includes 3 free hours to try it properly.
You set the price. Buyers pay through Stripe Checkout into your own Stripe account, the same one that takes your patient payments, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Vantage Health charges a 3% platform fee on each sale to maintain the catalog and the service, deducted at settlement. Stripe's card processing fee applies as it does to any card payment. A buyer gets a free Vantage Health account to keep their progress, but they are not your patient: no chart is created, and there is no messaging inside a course.
Yes, from your Billing page, in one click. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice; downgrades too. There is no penalty either way.
Yes. Switch on online booking in your calendar settings and patients on your roster book from their portal, inside the hours and appointment types you set, at the clinic they choose. You can have bookings wait for approval by you or your staff, or go straight onto the calendar. Either way the patient gets the confirmation, reminders and the video link, and you can still book for them from your own calendar.
You connect your own Stripe account from Billing settings. Patient payments go straight to it, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Vantage Health does not hold your money and takes no cut of patient payments beyond the subscription. The only per sale charge is the 3% platform fee on public catalog sales.
You keep access to the tools until the end of the month you paid for, and your notes, documents and invoices remain exportable. Your directory profile stays up; it was free to begin with.
No. It is month to month and you can cancel from your account in two clicks.
Set up takes about ten minutes. Your first 14 days are free, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged.
